With the benefit of a foundry and a machining department, Elektrocarbon carries out the entire production process of holders within its facilities, thus exercising full control over the quality of workmanship. Each delivery of materials for the production of holders is tested for compliance with their nominal characteristics. Construction, production and sale of holders is compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 quality system standards and our internal standards. Before leaving the factory, each holder is inspected in terms of dimensions of the brush box and reach and pressure of the pressure system. Dimensions of components and subassemblies are also inspected during their production processes.
On request we adapt brush-holders to work in specific climates, marked as:
N - the temperate climate
TA - the tropical dry climate
TH - the tropical humid climate
MT - the tropical marine climate
We supply brush-holders for commutator and slip ring machines used in industry, transport, home appliances and power tools.
